Measure the widest width of your wrist, match it with the Inner Diameter of the bangle of your choice based on the following chart.

Method A:
Once you put it on, its on for permanent.
To accomplish this, apply lotion on you
skin before slipping the bangle on.
Method B:
A slightly larger bangle would allow you
to slip off  and put it on with ease.
